General Shipping Information

ETHOS Grooming Essentials ships packages via United States Postal Service, UPS, FedEx domestically depending on location as we try to offer the best shipping rates for our customers. If you want us to ship your order using a particular carrier, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

The ordering process may take up to 4 to 5 business days based on the day the order was placed on or some unknown weather conditions, national or local emergency, etc. This time is in addition to the shipping time. At ETHOS, we always work to get orders out as quickly as possible! If there is a situation where it will take longer than that to process the order, we will contact you to let you know the reason for the delay.

Shipping Days

Our shipping days are Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Fridays. We try to ship on the next shipping day after receiving an order, but there are times where it may take 3 to 5 business days before an order gets shipped out especially if the order is placed on a Friday after business hours. Also if an order contains a customer product request it may take longer to ship out and you can contact us either before an order is placed or after the order is delivered to us via Shopify. 

Domestic Orders

We are located in New York State. Generally, orders ship will arrive at our customers within 3 to 5 business days but know the US Postal Service does not have guaranteed delivery dates for Priority Mail. Delivery dates on your shipment tracking page are estimates only, and packages may be delayed for two weeks, or we’ve even seen longer. Using your tracking number, you should get updates on where and when your order will arrive at your doorstep. If you do not receive your order past 16 days, please contact us, and we will do everything in our power to take care of the issue. At the time you contact us, make sure you have all your shipping information.

When ordering, please double check to make sure that you have provided us with all the correct shipping address; we need to get your order out to you. After we receive your order, you will receive an order confirmation that includes the shipping address/information you provided where the package is to be shipped to. ETHOS is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address due to a customer providing us with the incorrect shipping address. Please make sure that you have provided us with the right shipping address, and if you notice a mistake, please notify us before your package ships out.  

International Orders & Shipments

USPS First-Class International

USPS First-Class International shipments can take up to 8 weeks to be delivered. Sometimes they don’t always take that long and arrive sooner. We all get excited to get new products, so if it seems like the order is taking a long time, we understand, but we ask you to please wait until at least 8 weeks before contacting us about your order.

Orders can take a long time to get through customs and get sorted through local postal carriers.

Unfortunately, there is no tracking available for USPS First-Class Mail International packages. The shipping related number we generate is actually an internal Customs ID number and not a tracking number. It typically does not point to any information about your order when it's entered as a tracking number on the USPS website. However, occasionally, the internal Customs ID can be used to find the package's Customs status via your local post.

USPS Priority Mail International

Priority Mail shipments are tracked and insured all the way to their destinations.  Also, customer brokerage is included in the price so that the parcels will go through a Customs hold faster than first class. If you want to make sure that your items arrive promptly and with tracking all the way through the shipment process, then Priority Mail is a better shipping option than first class.

All customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
